Q. What’s allowed in the stadium for Spring Training games?
A. The following items are not permitted inside Osceola County Stadium: pets, folding chairs, coolers, glass bottles, food, cans, weapons of any kind. The following items are permitted: small umbrellas, still cameras, video cameras.

Q. What happens if it rains for a Spring Training game?
A. Rainouts are called by game officials only. In the event a game is not played on the date scheduled, you may exchange your ticket for any future Astros home game. We do not provide refunds. There are no refunds on parking fees at any time. In the event a game rains out after 4 innings, it is considered an official game and there will be no exchanges.

Autograph Q. Can we get autographs during Spring Training games?
A. The best time to get autographs is during workouts which start approximately two weeks prior to the home opener and are free and open to the public. Workouts usually run between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. When you come out to a game please visit Autograph Alley which is located down the third-base line.


Q. Can we request to recognize a special person's birthday or anniversary?
A. Yes, Fans can recognize a special person’s birthday or anniversary through a customized in game PA announcement at Osceola County Stadium during the 5th inning. Space is limited (1st come, 1st serve per game—8 messages per game). Each message costs $15.
Messages must be received one week prior to the desired date of display. For more information or to purchase a game-day message, please call (713)259.8959 or e-mail lclayton@astros.com.

Q. Is there a parking fee for Spring Training games?
A. Yes, there is a $7.00, non-refundable parking fee.

Q. Where are the closest hotels/motels to the stadium?

Q. How far are you from the Walt Disney World® Resort?
A. It is approximately 16 miles to the Walt Disney World® property.

Q. What is the closest Airport?
A. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 11 miles north of the stadium.

Q. For my child’s amateur tournament, what is the cost of admission?
A. It varies depending on the tournament and/or host. Check with your tournament director.

Q. Can I bring a cooler into my child’s tournament?
A. The facility allows one (1) TEAM cooler. Individual coolers are not allowed.

Q. Are pets allowed into the stadium?
A. No, with the exception of licensed service animals.

Q. What is the curfew for tournaments?
A. No new inning may start after 11:00 p.m.

Q. Are there shaded areas during the summer?
A. Most areas do not have shade. You are allowed to bring in a 10 x 10-foot, un-staked, shade tent.

Q. What is the rain out policy for a tournament?
A. Rain out policy is determined by the tournament director per each event.

Q. Are there concession stands?
A. Yes, we have concession stands open that provide food and beverages.
